Tags are used to categorize your feeds for easy aggregation and computation. For instance, if you are scanning news feeds, you might assign tags like this:
|Yahoo News China||√||√|
|Google News Japan||√||√|
|Yahoo News France||√||√|
|Google News Germany||√||√|
Excel looks information up in BuzzCalc based on Tags, not on individual feeds. So even if you only have one feed you want to target, you still need to give it a tag. If you don't enter any tags, Excel formulas will target all your feeds aggregated together.
A tag must be all one word, no spaces. Up to 255 Tags can be added.
